Scope of work
- Check and ensure the oil level and quality of oil
- Check and ensure there is no air and oil leakage in the compressor package
- Check, clean and change the air filter as required
- Change oil and oil filter at recommended intervals
- Check and replace the oil separator element at recommended intervals
- Check and replace the drive coupling element if required
- Check and ensure the operation of the safety valve against the set pressure
- Check and ensure all the quick coupling fitting and flexible hoses are intact
- Check and ensure the proper functioning of all the valves in the compressor package and replace the service kits if required
- Check and ensure the proper functioning of the auto drain valve and clean/change as required
- Check and ensure the proper functioning of all the safety switches
